We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that during high-demand seasons or in the case of incomplete payment or address issues, processing times may be delayed. If any issue arises, we’ll reach out via email to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

🌍 Customs, Taxes & Duties
Please note that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs taxes or import duties imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at AffinityOak@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to cancel the order before it is processed. However, once an order has been forwarded to our warehouse or shipped, it cannot be canceled and would need to follow our return process after delivery.
