🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Please note: Final sale items, custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
